Ola Lenes

Ola Lenes is an Executive Coach, International Assessor, and Trusted Advisor to a select group of organisations operating at the executive level. He works at the intersection of leadership, psychology, and business performance—helping leaders navigate critical transitions, strengthen executive presence, and make decisions that create lasting impact. Whether in succession, onboarding, or transformation, his focus is always the same: clarity, traction, and results.

With more than 25 years of experience, Ola brings a sharp understanding of what it takes to lead under pressure and in complexity. He combines strategic insight with psychological depth, enabling leaders not only to perform—but to evolve.

Ola holds a Master in Business Psychology, is an Advanced Certified Executive Coach (PCC), and a certified International Executive Assessor from the Hudson Centre of Excellence.

Yvonne Duval Thomsen

Yvonne is a experienced psychologist with over two decades of expertise in leadership development, coaching, and psychological assessment. Her work spans both the private and public sectors, including extensive collaboration with executives, project managers, and business owners across international leadership and talent programmes.

She is known for designing and facilitating impactful learning journeys that inspire leaders to take ownership and drive meaningful change.

In addition to her corporate focus, Yvonne has served as a trusted advisor to the Danish Defence, supporting leaders in areas such as resilience, stress management, and recruitment processes. With a strong foundation in clinical psychology, Yvonne brings both depth and nuance. 

Camilla Svendsen

Camilla holds an M.Sc. in Human Resource Management from CBS and brings more than 23 years of experience from Hudson Nordic. She specialises in Mid and Executive Management roles across industries including Pharma/MedTech, Finance, General Management, Commercial, Business Development, and Programme Transformation, working closely with organisations on identifying and developing leadership talent.

Camilla is a certified Assessor and Lead Assessor from Hudson’s Centre of Excellence and an experienced user of a wide range of assessment tools, including Hudson’s test portfolio, Saville’s Wave, Predictive Index, and SHL’s OPQ. She is known for her structured and insight-driven approach, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based assessments.

Marc Timmerman

Marc combines 25 years of executive leadership and consulting experience with deep expertise in HR and Talent Management.

He has worked with multinational and family-owned organisations, advising boards and executive teams on alignment, leadership effectiveness, cultural transformation, talent management, assessment centres, executive coaching, succession planning, and diversity initiatives.

Prior to founding TimmerHaus, Marc led Axiom Consulting Partners in Europe and served as Executive Director of the European Talent Management Practice at Hudson Highland Group. Earlier, he was Partner at Ernst & Young Belgium and founded the Assessment and Competency Management Practice at De Witte & Morel.

Marc holds an MSc in Clinical Psychology, specialising in Psychoanalysis, which underpins his understanding of leadership behaviour and organisational dynamics.

Isabel Mørkeberg

Isabel Mørkeberg is an Executive Assessor and Senior Manager at Hudson Nordic, working at the intersection of executive assessment, leadership development and recruitment. She supports organisations in identifying, evaluating and developing senior leaders and high-potential talent.

With more than six years of experience, she designs and delivers tailored Assessment and Development Centres across industries, combining psychological insight with strong business acumen. Isabel is internationally certified through Hudson’s Centre of Excellence in Belgium in Assessment/Development Centre methodology and Tools for Talent®, and works across the full assessment lifecycle — from role profiling to feedback and strategic advisory.

She holds an MSc in Philosophy and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and brings prior experience from executive search and end-to-end recruitment processes for Executive, Manager and Specialist roles.

Susanne Svendsen

Susanne brings extensive experience as an advisor and coach. With a strong leadership background and many years as a business journalist focusing on leadership and career development, she has developed a particular eye for the growth of both people and ideas. Her combined experience enables her to support leaders and professionals with clarity, perspective, and direction.

In recent years, Susanne has been associated with Hudson as an Executive Coach and Outplacement Consultant, where she supports individuals and organisations through development and transition processes.

She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is PCC-certified as an Executive Coach. In addition, she is a certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Firework Career Coach, and Lead Assessor through Hudson’s Center of Excellence in Belgium.

Michael Lyng

Michael brings a strong background from international organisations and more than 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles. Today, he serves as a non-executive, providing  oversight and strategic guidance to organisations and leadership teams operating in complex environments. Through this work, he has developed a strong understanding of business dynamics, governance, and decision-making at board level.
 
In addition, he has more than 15 years of experience within executive coaching and leadership development. He is an ACC-accredited coach (ICF) and supports senior leaders, boards, and non-executives in strengthening performance, leadership impact, and organisational effectiveness.
Michael works with a structured and pragmatic approach, combining insight with a clear focus on governance, leadership, and organisational development.
His work is characterised by professionalism, independence, and the ability to create tangible and lasting results.
