Ola Lenes

Ola has a long background as a director in various companies and industries. 26 years ago, Ola started his career within Executive Search, where he successfully recruited different specialists and leaders before moving to Denmark to start up Hudson in the Nordics.

For the more that 18 years, Ola has been working as Lead Assessor on Nordic and Global recruitment and development projects. Ola is a trusted advisor for a long list of companies, Lead Assessor through Hudson’s Center of Excellence in Belgium, member of The International Coach Federation (ICF) and PCC-certified Executive Coach with +1000 hours of Executive Coaching for top leaders in different industries.

Yvonne Duval Thomsen

Yvonne is a experienced psychologist with over two decades of expertise in leadership development, coaching, and psychological assessment. Her work spans both the private and public sectors, including extensive collaboration with executives, project managers, and business owners across international leadership and talent programmes. She is known for designing and facilitating impactful learning journeys that inspire leaders to take ownership and drive meaningful change. In addition to her corporate focus, Yvonne has served as a trusted advisor to the Danish Defence, supporting leaders in areas such as resilience, stress management, and recruitment processes. With a strong foundation in clinical psychology, Yvonne brings both depth and nuance. 

Camilla Svendsen

Susanne has a long experience as an advisor and coach. With her leadership background and her experience as a business journalist with a focus on leadership and career development, Susanne has a particular eye for the development of people and ideas. During the past years, Susanne has been associated with Hudson as Executive Coach and Outplacement Consultant.

Susanne is a member of The International Coach Federation (ICF), PCC-certified Executive Coach, Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Firework Career Coach and Lead Assessor through Hudson’s Center of Excellence in Belgium.

Marc Timmerman

Marc combines 25 years of executive leadership and consulting experience with deep expertise in HR and Talent Management.

He has worked with multinational and family-owned organisations, advising boards and executive teams on alignment, leadership effectiveness, cultural transformation, talent management, assessment centres, executive coaching, succession planning, and diversity initiatives.

Prior to founding TimmerHaus, Marc led Axiom Consulting Partners in Europe and served as Executive Director of the European Talent Management Practice at Hudson Highland Group. Earlier, he was Partner at Ernst & Young Belgium and founded the Assessment and Competency Management Practice at De Witte & Morel.

Marc holds an MSc in Clinical Psychology, specialising in Psychoanalysis, which underpins his understanding of leadership behaviour and organisational dynamics.

Isabel Mørkeberg
