The Role


As Nordic Sales Manager, you will own and grow the Outdoor Leisure category across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Iceland. You will manage key Nordic accounts, develop new business across traditional retail and digital platforms, and contribute to strategic initiatives including a new regional warehouse setup.


 


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and grow selected key accounts across the Nordics.
  • Identify new business opportunities across e-commerce, and emerging channels.
  • Develop and implement channel-specific go-to-market strategies (B2B, B2B2C, D2C).
  • Lead trade marketing and POS initiatives in collaboration with external agencies.
  • Align seasonal planning with promotions and product availability.
  • Support regional logistics and warehouse development.
  • Optimize pricing and cost-to-serve strategies in a competitive market.
  • Cultivate long-term partnerships with key retailers.
  • Work independently, with flexible access to local offices.

Your Profile


You are an experienced sales professional with a strong background in key account management, preferably within DIY, home/garden products or consumer goods. You’re commercially sharp, operationally hands-on, and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.


 


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5–7 years’ experience in sales/key account roles in DIY, FMCG, or consumer durables.
  • Experience with Nordic retailers (e.g., JYSK, Bauhaus, Biltema).
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce and trade marketing.
  • Skilled in negotiation, planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language (preferably Danish or Swedish).
