IT Project Manager
We are looking for an IT Project Manager to play the leading role in designing and supporting development and maintenance of our in-house software systems, with the objective of ensuring that our organization continues to be the leading global innovative intelligence provider within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.

IT is a key strategic priority for the organization. Significant investments are planned for the IT department in the coming years.
The IT Project Manager will be instrumental in the allocation of these investments, acting as a bridge between the business (management) and the IT development team. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for leading, supporting and motivating the IT development team to ensure the successful execution of IT-related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholders, timelines, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Redesigning our development process to be more innovative, effective and transparent
- Scout for, plan, initiate, and oversee IT development projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and goals
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule
- Proactively identify risks and challenges, implementing solutions to keep projects on track
- Lead and coordinate project planning meetings with management, stakeholders and developers
- Motivate the team of developers and stimulate constructive collaboration
- Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the IT department
- Take a hands-on approach in implementing new technologies and process improvements
- Conduct post-project evaluations to refine methodologies and improve future project execution
Qualifications & Skills
- Hands-on programming experience with the ability to understand system architecture and propose effective technical solutions
- Leadership skills with proven experience in IT project management, preferably in software development or data-driven environments
- Effective communication skills with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders
